Donations made through the website are complete and final charitable gifts to the Women’s Red Apple Foundation and are not refundable. The Foundation is a tax-exempt public charity described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Membership fees paid to the Women’s Red Apple Foundation (WRAF) made through the website are not refundable. A refund request can be made to the foundation on a case-per-case basis, however, refunds would only be permitted at the discretion of the WRAF board members. REGISTRATION DOES NOT IMPLY ENDORSEMENT, APPROVAL, OR RECOMMENDATION BY THE STATE. 100% OF EACH CONTRIBUTION THAT IS RECEIVED BY THE WOMEN’S RED APPLE FOUNDATION OF PALM BEACH COUNTY IS RETAINED BY THEM.
